How this board is measured
Method
Every component above is a distinct live probe. No two rows share an endpoint — a duplicated check would make this board look like it covers more than it does.
Degraded means the check answered but took longer than its threshold. A service that replies in four seconds is not healthy, so it does not get a green light here.
TLS checks verify the full certificate chain, not just that the socket opens. An expired certificate is an outage for every browser even though the port still answers.
Uptime windows only ever count days we actually hold data for, and the figure is rounded down. A young window says so rather than flattering itself to 100%.
Datacenters still being built are shown with their true operator-reported state and are never probed or counted as live capacity.
